As an independent consultant, Susan Kennedy, CHRL, has over 25 years of HR experience. 10 years of corporate human resource experience, with a primary focus on compensation and benefits. In addition to a Bachelor degree from the University of Waterloo and an Honours HRM from Humber College, Susan also is a Certificated Human Resources Leader (CHRL), and has a Certificate in Employee Benefits from Humber College. Her experience allows her to adapt quickly to the demands of each project.
